Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Miami-Dade County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference. You can make calls whenever it works for you–anytime between 9am-8pm on Mon-Sat, and 11am-7pm on Sun!  Sign up to be sent all the details and begin making your calls. Training and support provided.

Join us for an exciting evening of civic engagement at our Democratic Primary Forum on Thursday, June 18, from 6:30 PM to 9 PM! (Doors open at 6 pm)  Co-Host: Aventura Democratic Club & Miami-Dade Dems This important event will bring our community together to hear directly from Democratic candidates, learn where they stand on the issues that matter most, and get energized for the election ahead. Whether you're a longtime activist or just getting involved, the forum will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow Democrats, stay informed, and be part of the conversation shaping our future. The evening will feature a dynamic lineup of confirmed Democratic primary candidates leading the charge for justice, democracy, and progress. Additional candidates may be announced as qualifying and confirmations continue. The forum will be moderated by Alfonso de Anda, a popular television host in U.S.-based Spanish-language television. With Democrats racking up impressive victories both nationwide and within Florida, the very purple Florida Senate District 38 (Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Brickell, parts of Coral Gables & unincorporated Dade) is ripe to flip blue, You can help by joining our bi-weekly phone banks focused on persuading voters previously enrolled in VBM to reenroll for 2026. Voters with mail ballots have higher turnout rates, and we need every vote we can get!

Come join the Miami-Dade Democratic Party for a great time engaging with and registering voters at the upcoming two-day International Yoga Day Festival in Miami.  This is the largest yoga festival in Miami, with thousands of attendees. This is an indoor event.  We have lots of shifts to choose from.  Please join us for one or more shifts to help voters be prepared for the critical midterm primaries in August and general election in November.

Let's contact Miami-Dade Democrats who were enrolled in Vote by Mail in 2024 but who have not yet re-enrolled for the 2026 election cycle! Many voters are shocked to learn that VBM requests expired at the end of 2024, and are grateful for our instructions about how to re-enroll. This is a real opportunity to move the needle back toward blue by linking voters to a voting method with a proven ability to increase turnout!

Join the Miami-Dade Democratic Party for our 50 Days to Win Weekend of Action Virtual Phonebank as we make calls and have conversations with friendly Miami-Dade Democrats. We’ll use the Scale to Win dialer to help Democrats re-enroll in Vote-by-Mail from home. The dialer hides your phone number and only connects you when a voter answers. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided before we begin making calls.
